13. Shareholders’ Equity

During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, the Company declared and paid dividends of $0.01 per common share and $0.03 per common share for an aggregate total of $0.9 million and $2.7 million, respectively. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021, the Company declared dividends of $0.01 per common share and $0.03 per common share, respectively, and paid an aggregate total of $0.7 million and $2.5 million, respectively. As of September 30, 2022, there are 88,398,109 issued and outstanding shares of common stock.
