Subsequent Event	NOTE 19.  SUBSEQUENT EVENT On March 16, 2015, the Company announced that it has engaged Rothschild Inc. and Robert W. Baird & Co., Incorporated as financial advisors to lead an exploration of a full range of strategic alternatives for each of the Company’s brands, Black Diamond, POC and PIEPS.  There can be no assurance as to the outcome of the strategic alternatives process, that any particular strategic alternative will be pursued or that any transaction will occur.
