We purchased a small number of offices in 2024 which are discussed elsewhere but are not reflected in this table because they were combined into the operations of existing offices. At December 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023 HQI had one company-owned office, which is the Philadelphia location acquired in the Dubin acquisition. Activity from this location is classified as held-for-sale and reported as discontinued operations.
