Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated events subsequent to January 31, 2014, to assess the need for potential recognition or disclosure in this report. Such events were evaluated through the date these financial statements were issued. Based upon this evaluation, it was determined that no subsequent events occurred that require recognition or additional disclosure in the financial statements except for Amendment No. 7, dated April 15, 2014 to the Revolving Credit and Security Agreement, dated as of December 22, 2011, which is disclosed in the notes to the consolidated financial statements.
