Subsequent Events	15.  SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On March 11, 2020 the World Health Organization declared the novel strain of coronavirus (“COVID-19”) a global pandemic. There have been mandates from federal, state and local authorities requiring forced closures of non-essential retailers, which could negatively impact the Company’s business. As of the date of this filing, a few of our stores have been temporarily closed with the remaining on reduced store hours. Although it is not possible to reliably estimate the length or severity of this outbreak and hence its financial impact, any significant reduction in customer visits to, and spending at, the Company’s stores caused by COVID-19 would result in loss of sales and profits and other material adverse effects.
