       Inventories

Inventories consist of the following:

As a result of the voluntary recall more fully described in Note

3,

the Company recorded inventory reserves of

$0.6

million for non-saleable inventory. In addition, the Company recorded an inventory reserve of

$1.7

million for HA raw materials.
