Subsequent Events [Text Block]	20. Subsequent Events - Other On January 29, 2020, the Company announced the unexpected death of its former President and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph Darling. According to the terms of Mr. Darling’s equity award grants and the 2017 Plan, an unvested portion of his stock-based compensation was forfeited upon his death, which was accounted for in the first quarter of 2020. Dr. Cheryl Blanchard, a member of the Board of Directors, has been named Interim Chief Executive Officer.
