Subsequent Events On October 15, 2020, the Company received FDA clearance for its WRISTMOTION Total Arthroplasty System, triggering a $5 million regulatory-based milestone payment per the Arthrosurface Merger Agreement. The milestone payment was paid shortly thereafter.
