Frankfurt/M, 14.6.2000- Die Amadeus AG, der im SDAX notierte Personal-Dienstleister und Solution Provider, erzielt im Geschäftsjahr 1999/2000 das beste Ergebnis in der Firmengeschichte. Wie Finanzvorstand Peter Haas heute mitteilte, stieg der Umsatz um 39,5 % auf 67,1 Mio. DM. Die Gruppe erzielte ein Konzernbetriebs- ergebnis (EBIT, inklusive Firmenwertabschreibungen) von 9,3 Mio. DM, wodurch das Ergebnis des Vorjahres um 82,3% übertroffen wurde. Damit wurde ein Ergebnis von DM 1,01 je Aktie (unverwässert nach IAS), respektive DM 1,03 (unverwässert nach DVFA/SG) erzielt. Anhaltendes Umsatzwachstum In den ersten Wochen des am 1.4.2000 begonnenen Geschäftsjahres 2000/2001 konnte bereits weiteres Umsatzwachstum verzeichnet werden. Der Vorstandsvorsitzende Günter Spahn erhöhte nach Gründung der Amadeus IT Consulting GmbH und der Akquisition des Geschäftbetriebes der AssTec Bayern die Umsatzprognose des laufenden Geschäftsjahres auf 92,5 Mio DM. Dividendenvorschlag Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat werden auf der am 2.8.2000 stattfindenden ordentlichen Hauptversammlung vorschlagen, eine Dividende von je 0,50 DM auf die dividendenberechtigten 5.100.000 nennwertlosen Stückaktien auszuschütten. Peter Haas, CFO, announced today, that sales increased by 39,5% to 67,1 Mio DM. The Amadeus Group achieved an operating result (EBIT, including goodwill depreciation) of approx. 9,3 Mio DM, an increase of 82,3 % compared to prior year. The earnings per share amount DM 1,01 (undiluted according to IAS), respectively DM 1,03 (undiluted according to DVFA/SG). Continuous sales increase During the first weeks of fiscal year 2000/2001, beginning at 1st of April, further sales growth has already been achieved. Following the incorporation of Amadeus IT Consulting GmbH and the acquisition of the AssTec Bayern operations, Chief Executive Officer Günter Spahn increased sales projections for the current fiscal year to 92,5 Mio.
