Amadeus AG Human Resource Services and Solution Provider agrees a 75% participation in Föhr Human Resources Personalberatung GmbH (FHR) in Frankfurt/Main and expands its services into the area of Executive Search. The arising goodwill of the participation will be approx. Euro 1.4 Million. In fiscal year 2001/02 FHR is expected to generate sales of Euro 2 Million with an EBIT margin of approx. 20%. Besides the location in Frankfurt FHR will open offices in Munich and Cologne/Dusseldorf during the current fiscal year 2001/02. By this strategic participation the Amadeus Group extends its unique positioning in the market to be a highly specialised human resource services and solution provider with a complete value chain. Since 10 years FHR is specialised in Executive Search with a focus on Finance and IT. As a member of the Amadeus Group FHR continues to operate under their own brand. The founder and managing director Walter Föhr continues to manage the company supported by his professional team. In addition to Executive Search FHR will be able to offer the high qualified Interim Managers of the Amadeus Group to their clients to solve short-term managerial bottlenecks. Furthermore FHR will use the excellent customer and candidate relations of the Amadeus branch network currently at 15 locations nationwide.
