Amadeus AG expands to England
Financial Recruitment Specialist acquired
Frankfurt/Main, 04th of April 2001. Amadeus AG Human Resource Services and
Solution Provider acquires 100% of Greenwell & Gleeson Limited (G&G) in
Birmingham. The cost of the acquisition is based on an earn out agreement and
will be between GBP 2,2 Million and GBP 3,6 Million. The sales forecast for
fiscal year 2001/2002 is GBP 3,0 Million. The EBIT is expected to result in
approx. GBP 600.000, an EBIT margin of 20%.
Within a few days Amadeus AG completes a second transaction taking an important
step in the direction international human resource services provider.
Since seven years G&G Ltd. offers the services Executive Search, Permanent
Placement, Interim Management and Temporary Staffing exclusively in the area of
finance and accounting. G&G Ltd. is the market leader in the ‘Midlands’. The
founders and former owners David Greenwell and Tony Gleeson will remain
directors of the company.
Amadeus plans to roll out G&G operations to further locations in England and
will enlarge its services to international clients.
Including the acquisition of G&G Ltd. the fiscal year 2001/2002 sales forecast
of the Amadeus Group increases to approx. Euro 74 Million.
