The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Record Results of Amadeus AG Preliminary figures for fiscal year 2001/2002 Frankfurt/Main, 25th of April 2002. Amadeus AG Human Resource Services and Solution Provider achieves an excellent result and a sustained growth although the staffing industry experienced a very difficult year. In fiscal year 2001/2002 Amadeus Group’s sales including acquisitions increased by 41 % to Euro 68,9 Mio (prior year Euro 48,9 Mio). The core business of the group grew by 21 % whereas the German staffing market deceased by approx. 5 % in the same period. Amadeus’ operating result (EBITA) increased by approx. 37 % to Euro 8,8 Mio compared to prior year. Following the sale of Amadeus IT Consulting GmbH Amadeus Group expects sales revenues of approx. Euro 74 Mio for the fiscal year started 1st of April 2002, resulting in a comparable sales increase of approx. 14 %. Again the current fiscal year will be very difficult for the staffing industry. It is expected that the present uncertainty and the careful investment activities of the companies will change in the second half of the calendar year at the earliest. Amadeus Group will continue to be one of the most profitable staffing companies in Europe. During the current fiscal year the group will invest in the extension of the existing business to be well positioned to participate in the expected economic upturn. Furthermore, acquisition activities will be strengthened. The final figures for fiscal year 2001/2002 as well as the dividend proposal will be announced during a press conference / analysts’ meeting on June 18th, 2002 at WestLB Panmure in Frankfurt.
