(based on transfer of ownership).
On 8th of June 2007 the Notifying Party held 5.77 percent of the voting
rights (300,088 votes).
These voting rights are attributed to the Notifying Party pursuant to § 22
Para. 1 S. 1 No. 6 of the WpHG in conjunction with § 22 Para. 1 S.2 of the
WpHG, whereby more than 3 percent of the voting rights were held by MFS
International New Discovery Fund.

rights (300,088 votes).
