informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 02, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.11% (this corresponds to 161463 Voting Rights).
3.11% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 161463 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Amadeus FiRe AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
BNP Paribas Investment Partners Belgium S.A..
Simultaneously, 3.11% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 161463 Voting
Rights) are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the
following shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in Amadeus FiRe AG
amounts to 3 percent or more: BNP Paribas Investment Partners Belgium S.A..
