Mai 2000 – Die PSI AG, Berlin hat den Bereich Gasmanagementsyteme des debis Systemhauses mit Sitz in Mülheim an der Ruhr übernommen. Damit entsteht ein neuer Player im europäischen Markt für Gasmanagementsysteme, der die langjährigen Erfahrungen der PSI und des debis Systemhauses im Marktsegment Gasversorgungsunternehmen bündelt und damit optimal auf die Liberalisierung des Gasmarktes vorbereitet ist. PSI und debis arbeiten mit vergleichbaren Leistungsangeboten für die Gasversorgungsunternehmen Europas und gehören zu den Top-Anbietern in diesem Markt. Außerhalb der klassischen Anwendungen in der Leittechnik ergänzen sich die Angebote der beiden Häuser für die Gasversorgungsunternehmen in hervorragender Weise. This means there is a new player in the European market for gas management systems, a player which bundles the years of experience which PSI and debis Systemhaus have in the market segment gas utilities and which is well prepared for the liberalisation of the gas market. PSI and debis provide comparable services for the European gas utilities and are amongst the top providers in this market. Beyond the classic applications in process engineering, the products of these two companies complement each other for gas utilities in an exceptional manner. The European gas market is one of the energy growth markets of the future, one which will be very dynamic as it strives to meet the new demands. The liberalization requires that all market players reconsider their actions to date, and develop new approaches.
