The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– PSI Continues Focus on Core Business Fields Continued Tightening of the Group Structure and Complete Takeover of UBIS The PSI Group is continuing its focus on the core business fields network, production and information management initiated in the Autumn of 2001. In that vein, PSI has increased its share in the UBIS AG to 100% by taking over the 25% share held by Goldzack AG. With that PSI takes on the sole corporate management of UBIS which has been focusing on Internet-based solutions for Customer Relationship Management since the beginning of 2002. At the same time PSI has reduced its share from 51% to 20% in the GSI mbH, which develops software components for production management for smaller businesses. The sale of the GSI shares to integral datentechnik GmbH was made in the framework of concentrating the production business on medium-sized companies. In the framework of the concentration on core competences PSI will also reduce its interest in the Internet service provider front2back AG from 60% to less than 50%.
