The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— PSI Awarded Major Contract from Chinese Steelmaker Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group decides in favor of PSImetals The Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group (TISCO) has charged the PSI subsidiary PSI-BT with the delivery of production and logistics control systems for three plants on the basis of the industry specific solution PSImetals. Along with the functional areas advanced planning, production execution and materials flow monitoring, PSI-BT will also implement the integration of the business processes between PSImetals and the SAP system by means of certified interfaces. The total volume of the order is 3.5 million euros. PSI was awarded the contract over international competitors as a result of its leading market position and very good references in the steel industry. With TISCO, SAP and PSI will be working as a partnership in the Chinese market for the first time. PSI has been represented in the market by a subsidiary since the first quarter of the year. With this order PSI solidifies its leading position as a software provider for the steel industry. A the same time the decision by TISCO is an important step for the continued internationalization of the Metals business and intensification of the cooperation with SAP in this field.
