The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— PSI Bundles Activities in the Energy Trade Systems Area Utilization of opportunities in the new Energy Management Law PSI AG, market leader for systems for the management of major electricity transportation and distribution networks, is merging its activities in the field of energy trading and gas market systems. The PSI segment for Energy Trade and Sales Systems (PSImerkur) and the wholly-owned PSI subsidiary for gas market systems, Büsing & Buchwald GmbH, will be merged into the newly formed PSI Büsing & Buchwald GmbH. With the merger the know-how and the technological competence of the two units are bundled into a uniform, comprehensive solution provider and therefore able to take advantage of the opportunities available in the new European energy management policy. The new company will work independently in the segment energy trading and sales in the European market and offer a complete range of solutions for trading, procuring, processing, planning, simulation, optimization, sale and invoicing in this segment. PSI already has fully developed products and numerous references in energy trading and gas market companies as well as in the trade and sales areas of the major energy suppliers. The company is headquartered in Barsinghausen with branches in Aschaffenburg und Berlin. Know-how and technology are provided equally from the original areas. The previous management, consisting of Hartmut Kredig and Hans-Jürgen Buchwald, will be extended by Dr. Benno Zielonka. With the bundling and strengthening of the competence in the field of trading and distribution systems PSI solidifies its position as market leader in this segment and simultaneously establishes the conditions for further growth.
