PSI Continues Positive Trend in Second Quarter

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— PSI Continues Positive Trend in Second Quarter New orders in first six months 25% above the same period of the previous year The PSI Group increased its new orders in the first half of the year by 25% to more than 71 million euros (1st half 2005: 57 million euros). Amongst the orders were again strategically important major contracts from eastern Europe (Energy and Logistics businesses), China (Industry) and the Middle East (Energy). Domestically PSI was awarded a number of important contracts with the focuses in the areas of energy, transportation, logistics and mechanical engineering With the positive development in new orders the utilization in all the PSI Group business units was again increased. The pipeline of offers has also increased in the course of the second quarter. PSI expects the positive trend in orders to continue into the upcoming quarters.
