PSI AG: PSI Increases 2007 Result and New Orders – Additional increase expected for 2008

Berlin, 17 January 2008 – According to preliminary calculations the PSI
Group increased its EBIT to more than 3.5 million euros in financial year
2007 (2006: 1.0 million euros). Group sales reached about 120 million euros
(2006: 117.0 million euros), as expected new orders increased to more than
130 million euros (2006: 125 million euros). As a result of the positive
operating cash flow liquidity on 31 December 2007 increased to over 19
million euros (31 December 2006: 15.3 million euros).

For 2008 the management expects another increase in the EBIT to more than 5
million euros.

PSI AG develops and integrates individual solutions, on the basis of its
own software, for the management of energy networks (electricity, gas, oil,
water, heat), cross-company production management (steel, mechanical
engineering, automotive, logistics) and infrastructure management for
telecommunications, transport and safety. PSI was founded in 1969 and
