In January 2016 the Company received a $500,000 grant from the U.S. Army’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program to further advance the development of a device capable of simultaneously administering multiple vaccines via skin-surface, needle-free electroporation delivery.

On March 11, 2016 the Company signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of Bioject Medical Technologies Inc.’s assets including needle-free injection technology, products and intellectual property. The Company will pay Bioject $4.5 million in the Company's stock and $1.0 million in cash.
