Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On July 25, 2017, the Company closed an underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of the Company's common stock at a public offering price of $6.00 per share. The net proceeds to the Company, after deducting the underwriters' discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses, were $70.2 million. In addition, the Company granted the underwriters a 30‑day option to purchase up to 1,875,000 additional shares of its common stock on the same terms and conditions. Subsequent to June 30, 2017, the Company sold 19,681 shares of common stock under its Sales Agreement for net proceeds of $156,000. The sales were made at a weighted average price of $8.07 per share.
