Note 6 - Prepaid Expenses and Other Receivables

Prepaid expenses and other receivables consisted of the following at September 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018:

As of September 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018, prepaid expenses and other receivables mainly represented prepaid insurance, a Paypal account balance and an account balance with a stock broker in connection with the share repurchase program (Note 10).
