OTHER INCOME	(12) OTHER INCOME Other income of $1,028,000 for 2021 primarily consisted of a settlement payment of $650,000 from a former business segment (refer to Note 3 for detail regarding the settlement agreement) and $300,000 of debt forgiveness with respect to a loan received by the Company pursuant to the Paycheck Protection Program administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration (refer to Note 6 for detail regarding the debt forgiveness).
