Refer to Note 2 to the consolidated financial statements contained in the 2024 Form 10-K for detail regarding real estate inventory. No interest was capitalized in real estate inventory for the three months ended July 31, 2024 or July 31, 2023. Loan costs and real estate taxes of $29,000 and $2,000 were capitalized in real estate inventory for the three months ended July 31, 2024 and July 31, 2023.
