Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 7 — Subsequent Events In February 2013, the Company filed a lawsuit against the two former owners and managers of TAAG within the Commercial Court of Evry, France.  The suit alleges mismanagement by the two former owners and managers of TAAG prior to and after the Company’s acquisition of TAAG, and seeks damages of approximately $600,000.  The outcome of this pending litigation is uncertain.
