Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Effective June 30, 2015, the Company received a letter of resignation from the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Johnson Lau, effective immediately. Mr. Lau confirmed in the letter that he was resigning from the Company and its Board of Directors for personal reasons and that his resignations did not involve any disagreement with the Company.

On July 1, 2015, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Mr. Xiao-Ming Hu as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective immediately.
