Brødrene Hartmann A/S has appointed Marianne Rørslev Bock as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Group's Executive Board as of 18 April 2012.
Marianne Rørslev Bock will take over from Claus Frees Sørensen, who informed Hartmann in November 2011 of his decision to resign to seek new challenges (company announcement no. 13/2011).
Marianne Rørslev Bock, who is state-authorised public accountant, comes from a position as Senior Vice President Corporate Finance in the Danisco Group.
