TO ISSUE FIRST QUARTER 2009 RESULTS
AND HOLD INVESTORS’ CONFERENCE CALL

Partners L.P. (Nasdaq: MMLP) announced today that it plans to publicly release its financial
results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009 after the market closes on Wednesday, May 6,
2009.
In addition, Martin Midstream Partners intends to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for
the quarter ended March 31, 2009 after the market closes on Wednesday, May 6, 2009.
An investors’ conference call to review the first quarter results will be held on Thursday,
May 7, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time. The conference call can be accessed by calling 877-591-
