Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 18, 2025, Steven Grunblatt, the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Patriot National Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) passed away. Mr. Grunblatt had served in this role since April 29, 2021.
