The Ukraine is one of the future growth areas for H+H, and a sales company was
established in Kiev in 2006. Furthermore, it was decided last year to explore
the potential for setting up aircrete production in the Ukraine, see Company
Announcement No. 158 of 30 August 2007. 

H+H has now identified an area in the Rivne region in Western Ukraine as a
possible location for an aircrete factory. H+H is in positive negotiations with
the authorities concerning leasing of the land and obtaining a building permit. 

The factory will be of similar design and capacity to the factory currently
under construction near St Petersburg, Russia, and the factory planned for
construction near Warsaw, Poland, see Company Announcement No. 155 of 24 May
2007. 

H+H International A/S's Supervisory Board plans to make a final decision on the
investment once the principal terms and conditions concerning the construction
are known. The decision will then be announced via a separate Company
Announcement.
