Major shareholder announcement - Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension. 

Upon registration today at the Danish Commerce and Company Agency (Erhvervs- og
Selskabsstyrelsen) of the share capital increase and the merger of share
classes, H+H International A/S has received notification that Arbejdsmarkedets
Tillægspension (ATP) has increased its share of ownership of the total share
capital and the total voting rights in H+H International A/S. 

As of today's date ATP owns 1,090,087 shares of DKK 50 in H+H International
A/S, equal to nominally DKK 54,504,350. The ownership of shares makes up 11.11%
of the total share capital and the total voting rights in H+H International
A/S.
