Closing of H+H’s sale of Jämerä housebuilding activities to Aeroc and related
supply agreements with Aeroc 

In company announcement no. 263 of 22 May 2012 it was informed that H+H had
entered into an agreement to sell assets and activities in the Group’s Finnish
subsidiary Jämerä-kivitalot Oy, that designs, constructs and sells aircrete
houses for private individuals, to the Aeroc Group. 

The agreement was conditional upon fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.
Today these conditions have been fulfilled for which reason the agreement is
final and the transaction completed.
