Completion of H+H International A/S’s sale of H+H ?eská republica s.r.o.

In company announcement no. 271 of 21 September 2012 it was informed that H+H
International A/S (H+H) had entered into a conditional agreement to sell all
the shares in H+H ?eská republika s.r.o. (H+H ?eská) to Xella CZ s.r.o. 

The sale is completed today whereby the shares in H+H ?eská are finally
transferred to Xella on the conditions previously announced.
