H+H International A/S has received notice that Laurids Jessen and Danebroge ApS
(a company owned by Laurids Jessen) today have increased their shareholdings in
H+H International A/S so that they together own 5.87% of the share capital as
well as the voting rights in H+H International A/S, distributed by 1.46% to
Laurids Jessen and 4.41% to Danebroge ApS.
