Job change - CFO

Niels Eldrup Meidahl is resigning his position as CFO of H+H International A/S
in order to take up a position as CFO at Saint Gobain Distribution A/S. 

Niels Eldrup Meidahl has been CFO of H+H International A/S since September 2009
and will continue in his present position until 1 December 2014 at the latest. 

A recruitment process for a new CFO will be initiated as soon as possible.
