Major shareholder announcement – LD Equity 1 K/S

Today H+H International A/S has received a major shareholder notice from LD
Equity 1 K/S and its majority owner Lønmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond (LD). 

Information is given that LD Equity 1 K/S as of today has reduced its
shareholding in H+H International A/S to 537,387 H+H shares of nominal DKK 10
each (corresponding to 4.98% of the total share capital and the total voting
rights in H+H International A/S).
