New member of the Executive Board of H+H International A/S

Effective as of today, H+H International A/S’s CFO Ian L Perkins is appointed
as member of the Executive Board of H+H International A/S. Consequently, the
Executive Board now consists of CEO Michael T Andersen and CFO Ian L Perkins. 

Ian L Perkins has been the CFO of H+H International A/S since December 2014,
and before that he was the Financial Director of H+H UK Limited since 2009.
Prior to that he worked in different financial positions with various UK
production companies. Ian L Perkins holds an B.A. (Hons) Degree in Business
(1987) and is a Chartered Management Accountant (1991).
