Major shareholder announcement – Handelsbanken Fonder AB, Sweden

H+H International A/S has received notification that Handelsbanken Fonder AB
from 16 January 2015 has held more than 5% of the total share capital of H+H
International A/S. 

On 16 January 2015, Handelsbanken Fonder AB held 502,820 shares of nominal DKK
10 each in H+H International A/S (corresponding to an ownership share of 5.13%
of the total share capital and the total voting rights in H+H International
A/S). 

As of today, Handelsbanken Fonder AB holds 576,820 shares of DKK 10 each in H+H
International A/S (corresponding to 5.35% of the total share capital and the
total voting rights in H+H International A/S). 

Due to technical communication errors, Handelsbanken Fonder AB’s major
shareholder notification did not reach H+H International A/S on 16 January
2015, why H+H International A/S has first learned today of Handelsbanken Fonder
AB being a major shareholder.
