Description of Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act President Trump signed the CARES Act, which extends the duration of loan forbearance (deferral) agreements beyond the current three-month period before a loan is considered to be a troubled debt restructure. As of June 30, 2020 the Company had approved 262 loan deferral requests for clients with a total dollar amount of $153.3 million.
