Description of Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act	President Trump signed the CARES Act, which extends the duration of loan forbearance (deferral) agreements beyond the current three-month period before a loan is considered to be a troubled debt restructure. As of September 30, 2020, the Company had approved 26 loan deferral requests for clients with a total dollar amount of $38.4 million, which do not constitute TDR’s as a result of the CARES act.

This is the result of the principal amount outstanding of total loans managed or securitized less securitized loans and loans that are in the process of being securitized.
