INCOME TAXES INCOME TAXESWe recognized an income tax provision of $2.2 million and $2.6 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively ($0.8 million and $0.4 million for the third quarter of 2024 and 2023, respectively). Income tax provision for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024 was driven primarily by income tax expense on transfer pricing income from India and the United States, no tax benefit on the pretax loss from our Luxembourg operating company, and uncertain tax positions
