Unbilled receivables include amounts associated with percentage of completion and milestone billing accounting, which includes cost and gross profit earned in excess of billing, not currently billable due to contractual provisions.  Provision for bad debt expense related to accounts receivable was $12,361 and $2,150 for the three month periods ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, and $10,950 and $495 for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
