Treasury Stock [Text Block]	9.          Common Stock Repurchase Pursuant to prior authorizations by the Board of Directors, the Company repurchased approximately 23 thousand shares of its outstanding common stock during the six months ended March 31, 2012.  As of March 31, 2012, approximately 205 thousand shares remain authorized for repurchase under the Company’s stock repurchase program.
