Treasury Stock [Text Block]	9.        Common Stock Repurchase Pursuant to prior authorizations by the Board of Directors, the Company repurchased approximately 28 thousand shares of its outstanding common stock during the nine months ended June 30, 2012.  As of June 30, 2012, approximately 201 thousand shares remain authorized for repurchase under the Company’s stock repurchase program.
