On May 13, 2015, the Company's board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share which was paid on June 10, 2015 to stockholders of record as of May 29, 2015, the record date. On August 12, 2015, the Company's board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share which was paid on September 11, 2015 to stockholders of record as of August 26, 2015, the record date. On December 23, 2015, the Company's board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share which was paid on January 11, 2016 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2015, the record date. On February 16, 2016, the Company's board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share which was paid on March 11, 2016 to shareholders of record as of February 26, 2016, the record date.
