SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	13. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In October 2025, the Company completed the sale of the building and land owned by 317 Mendota. The building and land was sold for $3,750,000 and the Company paid off the $2,184,591 mortgage held with Stock Yards Bank. EnP Investments will continue to rent from the new owners.
