| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On January 20, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a Series C Preferred Stock cash dividend of $0.6171875 per share to be paid on February 17, 2026, to stockholders of record as of January 30, 2026. On January 20, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a Common Stock cash dividend of $0.36 per share to be paid on February 13, 2026, to stockholders of record as of January 30, 2026.
