Benny Lundgaard resigns as director from Søndagsavisen a-s                      

Benny Lundgaard has during the last five years been in charge of the Groups     
distribution activities, including Forbruger-Kontakt. He has with his large     
knowledge within the postal area lead the establishment of Forbruger-Kontakts   
terminals. Furthermore Benny Lundgaard has competently handled the Groups       
interests regarding the amendment of the postal legislation and the increasing  
competition pressure in the market of distribution of unaddressed printed       
matter.                                                                         

To solve the facing tasks in the distribution activities, the Board of Directors
find that a different leader profile is necessary. Therefore Søndagsavisen a-s  
has started a process finding a new director, and consequently it has been      
agreed, that Benny Lundgaard resigns from his position as member of the         
Management Board.                                                               

As from today and until a new director is in place, Mads Dahl Andersen, CEO, has
taken charge of the Groups distribution activities.
