Christian Lanng Nielsen resigns as director from Søndagsavisen a-s  

On 24 October 2007 Christian Lanng Nielsen took on the position as director of
the Group's total distribution activities. 

However, the Board of Directors' expectations have not been completely
fulfilled, and Søndagsavisen a-s has thus initiated a process to find a new
director. Consequently it has been agreed, that Christian Lanng Nielsen resigns
from his position as member of the Management Board of Søndagsavisen a-s. 

As of today and until a new director is in place, Mads Dahl Andersen, CEO, has
taken charge of the Group's distribution activities.
